Adoption Details
KCP's adoption fees include...
- Wellness exam and behavior assessment
- First set of standard animal vaccinations
- FIV/FeLV screening (if required)
- Flea and other external parasite treatments as required
- Routine deworming and other internal parasite treatments as required
- Spay or neuter surgery (including pediatric surgery for kittens)
- Microchip identification implant with EIDA
- Sample bag & can of food, plus coupon provided by Royal Canine
- Six week free trial of pet insurance provided by Petsecure Pet Health Insurance
Each adopter receives the full medical history of adopted cat while in KCP care. Including vaccines dates, treatments, any health checks etc..
- Kittens & Cats up to 13 years old $320
- Senior cat (13 years +) $180
- Puppies $800
~We do not adopt on a first come, first serve application process.
~To meet & greet with a kitten or cat, please fill out an application and we will get in touch.
~Each application is fully reviewed. Our volunteers work incredibly hard to complete this task. Know that we do our best to contact all applicants. We do appreciate your care & concern and hope that you will continue to watch our site and we will do our best to find you a match.
Please Note..
- KCP does NOT adopt kitten(s) out with the intention of being outdoor, free roaming cats/kittens or mousers.
- If you are interested in a mouser, KCP has barn cats and/or indoor/outdoor cats.
- Please note – we DO NOT have a wait lists. We post on our Facebook page & website as adoptable animals come up.
